Prompted a lucid dream

“I did an online session with Danny as part of Sarah Janes’ Dream Palace series.

Apart from being highly interesting and thought-provoking in itself, it seemed to prompt a ‘dream within a dream' the next night, with the ‘inner dream’ being lucid.

That was a first, A couple of other lucid dreams have followed. Danny made the connection between the hypnotic state and dreaming more apparent - and lit up the way we we move from one trance to another. Recommended”
