Transformational hypnosis gives you the tools you need to manage your own mental health and rise to meet the challenges you face. It may take one session or a few, depending on how things develop. The only limit is the imagination.

Access your inner wisdom in your own time, as often as you like - for healing and direction, using imagery and exercise, myth and poetry. Clients return to my recordings, sometimes for years. The language doesn't change but the unconscious generates infinite novelty.

Collective sessions live or online

As long as humans have told stories around a flickering fire, we have been engaging in group trance. My group sessions introduce the history and the mechanics of trance, as well as the experience. It is a way to dip your toe into trance in a fun and social way.
