Sleep disruption can be both a symptom and a cause of stress. Sleep is crucial for the formation and organisation of memories, and if our sleep is disrupted we may not process the anxieties of the day adequately. Beginning a new day with yesterday’s problems feeds into a vicious cycle.
Trance begins to process stress that may have been accumulating for a while, and can get sleep patterns under more control. The therapy side of it is something like mental Pilates, exercising core “muscles” of the brain in such a way that the client learns to deal with stresses and upsets better, and can achieve what they want more easily.
Benefits are generally felt within the first few sessions.
